“The second half of the 1970s. A few teenagers from Ustrzyki Dolne, led by the charismatic and undisciplined Ustrzyki school student Siczka, decide to become punks and play punk rock. They form the band KSU. They play rebellious music and at the same time transplant elements of London’s “punk culture” to the backwater commune. The boys’ activities are noticed by the SB. During Siczka’s interrogation, officer Jerzy Majak makes him understand that there will be no “punk” in Ustrzyki Dolne. The SB launches an operation called “Razorblade,” aimed at cracking down on the band…”
