Kulej. Dwie strony medalu is the story of Jerzy and Helena Kulej – the most colorful marriage of Poland in the 1960s. He – a legendary boxer, double European champion and eight-time Polish champion, who was the only Polish boxer to win two Olympic golds, and although he never lay on the boards, he fell more than once in his life. She – a strong woman who invariably stood by his side, but refused to forever remain in his shadow.”
The film will premiere on October 11, 2024. Before that, the picture will compete for the Golden Lions in the Main Competition of the 49th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia.
