“Marta returns to the island of Thassos after many years to uncover the mystery of her husband’s disappearance with a film crew. The camera accompanies the protagonist as she recreates the events. Marta is unable to recount certain situations, so the crew reconstructs them on camera. It is a story about repressed truth, the limits of memory, imagination, and lies. About how the way to free oneself from the past is to consciously say goodbye to it.”
